Various methods for promoting reflective competence are being tested in different settings. Reflection using picture cards also proved to be versatile. Feedback from participants shows great interest in enhancing their reflective competence. The practical applicability of the developed materials was consistently rated positively. The test results confirm that the iREFLECT methods make an important contribution to the professional development of teachers.
