On June 26th, from 16:00-18:30 University od Valladolid organized a training event for the iReflect project. Conceived as both a seminar and a workshop, the event was held as part of a training program for teachers. 

The event was able to take place because the school was recommended by the state government's teacher training center and because the principal agreed to assign some teachers to the workshop and seminar. 

After the participants had introduced themselves, Prof. Dirk Hofmann presented the iReflect project and detailed its key aspects and objectives (supported by a PowerPoint presentation and a tour of the website ireflect.eu), the teachers actively participated in the workshop portion of the event.

The active participation of the educators was particularly noteworthy. Despite many of them having worked in schools for an extended period, they had little familiarity with the working techniques of iReflect. For them, it was a consistently positive experience, which was further enhanced by a significant expansion of their methodological knowledge.

The concluding feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive and confirmed their great interest in the project. Specifically, they expressed a strong desire to apply the reflective aspects learned directly in their future practice in secondary schools. The attendees demonstrated significant engagement by asking targeted questions about the project's final results—specifically, where and when the complete toolbox of method cards would be made available for them to incorporate into their personal teaching. This underscores the practical relevance of the project's outcomes for educational practice.
