A focus group was held with educational staff in regional teacher training center @The Center of Excellence. The Psychology department of the center organised the focus groups, and they discussed the communication process using reflection methods and cards created for this purpose. The methods of stopping thoughts, paraphrasing, summarizing, changing perspective, etc. were rated by the participants as familiar but useful. The participants stated that when they observed them on the cards with the implementation steps, they saw them in a new light, which prompted them to think about the breadth of use of these methods in the teaching process.
Given that education reform has been implemented in the Republic of Croatia for several years, with an emphasis on active learning and teaching methods, teachers see these cards as a useful tool that refreshes and enriches teaching and actively involves students in activities that are not exclusively guided by digital tools. Furthermore, they recognize their benefits in cooperation with colleagues, communication in the assembly hall and at meetings of educational staff, and in their work at school in general.

No less importantly, they praise the graphic design of the cards and show interest in further independent use of the created tools, and have expressed a desire to participate in more training and workshops of this type.
